What we do
As a member of the Drake International Group of Companies, The Drake Training Academy is an innovator in the field of learning and development. Our core focus is improving the productivity and performance of your workforce.
As a subsidiary of Drake International which was established in 1951 and present in 11 countries globally, the Drake Training Academy also has a national footprint with branches in Cape Town, Durban, East London, Garden Route, Gqeberha & Johannesburg.
The DTA focuses on developing team leaders within the organisation with our specific learnerships geared towards management development. We believe in developing leaders in organisations.
Another key focus area for us, is our learnerships for people living with disabilities. We ensure that these programmes are ran with the learner in mind and we are openly “learner centric.” Our learners are treated with respect, and guiding them towards completion and competency is our goal.
The Drake Training Academy is a Level 2 B-BBEE contributor.
Treating learners like people, not like points!
