Case Study
BBBEE
An automotive component company required our
services to recruit and manage 12 disabled
learners. The objective was two-fold, to meet the
required BBBEE spend but also to encourage the
workforce to embrace learners from diverse
backgrounds into the workplace thereby creating a
more inclusive environment.
We have always received professional support and service from Lee-Anne, and dealing with her is a
pleasure. She is always willing to assist and there is never a task too great or small for her.

Case Study
The learners became part of the DTA family and progressed from a level 2 to a level 4 learnership, cementing a 3-year partnership with the Client and the DTA.
The client was fully invested in the partnership and paid for the learners to have a graduation ceremony after each successful year of the learnership. They also provided end-of-the-year bonuses to the learners and were fully committed to the success of the programme.
At the end of the learnership, some of the high-performing learners were taken into the workplace for their workplace assessment and were thereby allowed to showcase their learning and be an example to the workplace about how disabled learners can successfully be part of the community.
