The DTA provided exceptional service – underpinned by our belief that our clients and learners are our partners in the process. We assured the client that our learners were the backbone of our organisation and that our main goal was to help them THRIVE. 

These are some of the ways that the DTA ensures that the client is kept informed by providing:

Not only did they complete the learnership, but 80% of them were competent and were exited from the SETA.

  • Monthly reports and feedback sessions to the client – not just emails but actual meetings.
  • Learner feedback reports, thereby allowing us to see if the facilitator is the right fit – if not, we look to replace them
  • Additional remediation sessions for those that need it – we don’t leave our learners behind!

Further to this, all documentation required for BBBEE audits was submitted to the client (this is done for all clients) including:

  • Signed workplace-based agreements.
  • Certified copies of ID.
  • Proof of Disability where required.
  • Copies of contracts.
  • A learner-tracking system.

These learners worked exceptionally hard. Not only did they complete the learnership, but 80% of them were competent and were exited from the SETA.

Throughout the process, the learners were treated with respect and there was clear communication in the form of a dedicated WhatsApp group. The DTA team kept the client informed, and as a result, the client has continued to do learnerships with the DTA.
