- Communication as the key to problem solving

- Working as a team to solve problems – tapping into team strengths for successful outcomes and designing a structured thinking process – understanding how problems can unify teams
MODELS ON PROBLEM SOLVING
- Exploring various models on problem solving
- Planning and implementing a course of action
- Applying problem solving techniques including identifying alternate solutions
