This is a practical session where the learners take time to reflect on who they are, what their goals are and how this impacts on their working environment.

DAY 2

New technology has blurred the lines on what is appropriate communication! We will discuss this and how your communication style reflects your personality.

OFFICE PROTOCOL

  • Working with others – appropriate behaviour, dress, and attitude 
  • Appropriate use of the internet

TELEPHONE ETIQUETTE

  • Telephone courtesy 
  • Using voicemails and speakerphones 
  • Dealing with difficult callers 
  • Applying listening techniques to encourage understanding 
  • Remaining and sounding positive

We wrap up what we have learnt and focus on a new, sophisticated way of communicating that reflects who we want to be.
